WHO WE ARE

Combined Services formed in 1980, a Mechanical Services and facility Management Contractors in Northern Ireland, having also completed works in England and the Republic of Ireland. Over the years we have built a dedicated team with experience in all aspects of Mechanical disciplines, enabling us to take contracts from design through to completion and follow up with the necessary maintenance requirements. We have now expanded our successful Mechanical / Maintenance division to enter the fast growing markets evolving throughout Northern Ireland. In 2006 we entered into a partnership with a local property development company in Belfast city which has since evolved into a leasing rental company, and collaborated with partners to source properties and build the portfolio. Combined services played a major role in the development of this company's property portfolio and it proved to be a successful partnership.
